Full time THerapist

A little about you:

  • You like the idea of working with clients in a private practice setting but don’t want the hassle of having to manage your own business (for now at least)

  • You enjoy connecting with your clients and colleagues authentically

  • You are interested in providing virtual and/or in-person therapy services to individuals, groups, and families, within the scope of your training and experience. These services will comply with accepted clinical standards and the professional and ethical standards by which you are bound.

Ideally, this candidate has the experience that demonstrates the values of honoring diversity and cultural responsiveness, and has expertise in trauma, specializing in specific treatment modalities such as EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, CPT, couples counseling, play therapy, etc.

A little about us:

We believe connection is the foundation for healing. From that place of safely connecting, we can then unearth the unspoken. It is from this place of establishing deep connection with our clients that we value most and seek to grow our team of talented therapists.

We are a diverse group of therapists.

What unites us? We are…. warm, attachment-focused, engaging, trauma-sensitive, anti-racist, gender-affirming and culturally responsive in our approach to therapy. We are proud to be extensively trained and proactively stay up to date on the latest research to benefit ourselves and our clients. We actively work to create and maintain a supportive and professionally nurturing environment (keep on scrolling to see a bit of what we offer the therapists on our team!).

As a part of Roshni Therapy Group, you, your background, and your interests will be valued and celebrated. We continually strive to be a place of connection and growth, and we embrace new ideas for how you want to show up and offer your gifts to our clients.

Our Values:

Diversity — We actively celebrate diversity. No platitudes or afterthoughts here. We take action every day to honor the unique histories and identities of our clients.

Connection — We believe that connection is a fundamental component of living. When we can open to radical connection with ourselves and others, we begin to create a world that is safer for all of us to be who we are and establish deep trust in others.

Unburdening — Healing happens through unburdening ourselves from the stories we tend to keep hidden, ignore, or minimize. We are here to improve our clients’ acceptance and understanding of their painful histories.

Empathy — While we can never fully understand our clients’ unique pain stories, we will sit patiently, listen actively, continue to affirm safety and connection, and hold a non-judgmental space for our clients to practice what it feels like to experience the relief of unburdening.

Joy — We use joy and laughter as a tool on the path to healing. When we allow laughter in, especially in the painful moments, we are reminded that joy exists and is possible for each of us to access. Pain is not constant. Joy helps us move it through.
